Last updated: 15 September 2026
NovaCare uses personal information only to respond to consultation requests, coordinate patient support, manage appointments and payments, improve service quality, and meet legal or security obligations.
Information we collect
Identity and contact information; country and preferred language; requested treatment; messages and consultation details; source page and campaign parameters (UTM); consent records; appointment and payment references; and, when you contact us through approved channels, the related conversation reference.
Medical information
Photos or health-related information may be requested only when needed for medical evaluation. Access must be limited to authorized staff and healthcare professionals involved in the assessment or care pathway.
How we use information
To answer your request, obtain a medical opinion, prepare a quotation, organize care and travel-related services when applicable, schedule follow-up, prevent duplicate records and fraud, and measure the performance of our website and campaigns where consent permits.
CRM and service providers
Information may be processed through NovaCare-authorized systems such as Zoho CRM, communication tools, hosting, security and payment providers. Access is limited to what is required for each service.
Payments
NovaCare does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Card transactions are processed by the banking/payment provider. We keep transaction references, amount, currency, status and dates needed for accounting, support and reconciliation.
Cookies, analytics and marketing technologies
Essential cookies operate the site. After optional consent, NovaCare may record privacy-safe first-party analytics such as anonymous visitor/session identifiers, page path, engagement time, language, device/browser category, referral domain and UTM campaign data. Raw IP addresses, form contents and medical information are not stored in this analytics dataset. Optional Meta technologies are also activated only after the relevant consent. You can reject non-essential technologies without preventing access to the main website.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. First-party analytics records are retained for 90 days by default; consent-choice logs for up to 180 days. We use access controls, HTTPS, backups, anti-spam and security monitoring to reduce risk.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your information and may withdraw consent for optional processing. Requests can be sent to info@nc-novacare.com.
