These terms govern use of the NovaCare website and the coordination services made available through it. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare professional who evaluates and treats the patient.
Information, not a diagnosis
Website content, indicative treatment information, visual examples and automated estimates are provided for general information and planning. They do not replace an individual medical examination, diagnosis or treatment plan.
Consultation and eligibility
Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee that a treatment is suitable or available. Eligibility, technique, timing and required tests are determined after medical assessment by the relevant healthcare professional.
Indicative prices and travel arrangements
Any website estimate is indicative until the medical assessment and final quotation are confirmed. Treatment, clinic, accommodation, transport or other travel-related inclusions are governed by the written proposal or confirmation issued for the patient.
Payments
Only payment instructions displayed through NovaCare-approved secure channels should be used. Card data is processed by the banking/payment provider and NovaCare does not request or store full card numbers or security codes. A deposit is considered received only after confirmed payment status.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Any cancellation, date change or refund is handled according to the specific written quotation, booking confirmation, provider conditions and applicable law. Contact NovaCare before making travel changes that may affect the medical pathway.
Medical outcomes and risks
Every medical or surgical procedure has potential benefits, limitations and risks. Results vary by patient and cannot be guaranteed. Risks, alternatives, recovery and informed consent must be discussed with the treating healthcare professional before treatment.
Emergency care
The website and messaging channels are not emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or healthcare facility immediately.
Acceptable use and security
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, interfere with security controls or use another person’s identity. NovaCare may restrict access where necessary to protect patients, systems or legal obligations.

Personal and health-related information is handled according to the NovaCare Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review those documents before submitting sensitive information.
